- Address
- [to be confirmed]
- hello@daskdigital.com
2. What data we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, plus your company name and topic of interest if you choose to provide them.
- Job applications and collaboration proposals: the details you choose to send us, such as your CV, LinkedIn profile or company information.
- Technical data: when you load the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and time of request) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no data is sent to font providers.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To assess job applications and collaboration proposals you send us. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers that process data only on our instructions:
- Web3Forms, which receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website.
- Zoho Mail, our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If no working relationship results, we delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer. Job applications are kept only while we assess them, unless you agree that we may keep them for future opportunities.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email hello@daskdigital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
